The goal of the project was to take a well-used building, with solid bones, originally designed for gathering and update it to be used as a flexible, vibrant workspace for an active development team. The original building design was complimented by introducing some key architectural elements, with a slightly more modern language, that help to enhance the functionality of the spaces for their new use. The building acts as a bridge between planned updates to the neighboring historic church buildings and setting the tone for the further development of the surrounding campus, all while breathing further life into the larger Switchyard District.
